The Mega-Meta is now closed and the results are in. This year, a total of 141 people solved the mega-meta, with 57 of those coming before the reveal puzzle. You can see the full write-up and solution here.
The 2022 Grand Prize drawing will take place this week, and I’ll announce the winner in an email next Tuesday. A total of 99 subscribers qualified by getting the mega-meta early and solving at least eight other metas during the year, or by getting the mega-meta and solving at least ten other metas. You can check your point total and eligibility here.
A big THANKS to those who have already donated to the Tip Jar! It will remain open until the first puzzle of next year, so please donate if you’re inclined.
As most of you know, I don’t charge for the MMMM, but at the end of every year I put out a Tip Jar. If you would like to contribute as a token of appreciation for the puzzles, I’d be grateful.
I contribute 100% of what I get to charity. This year I am again donating the proceeds to the Live Music Society.
I’m pleased to announce there will be a 2023 MMMM! The first puzzle will come out on January 10th, and then continue the first Tuesday of each month thereafter. As with past years, the first three puzzles will start out on the easier side.
